Sorry I missed last week. My hubs headed out for his long trip. Since he is gone, my goal is to get as much weight off as I can within reason. I want to lose another 6.6 total, so hopefully I can do it. :) What are some of your holiday tricks so that you don’t eat all of that extra food? I am already craving some turkey, noodles and mashed potatoes. I must refrain! On another note, my son turned 8 months tomorrow. Knowing that I lost all of my baby weight and then some months ago makes me feel so good!
