Ahhh this Weigh Me Wednesday is a good one to report, but not great. I lost .4 lbs. It’s better than a kick in the head right? I was nowhere near good at dieting this past week. I am going to beg for an answer on this question. Will I ever lose the baby pouch? It’s not huge, but after 3 kids in less than 4 years and the boys being huge, I have a belly pouch and a lot of skin. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get rid of this (other than surgery)? Will working out do anything to solve this problem?
