Weigh Me Wednesday: It’s Thanksgiving Time!

Gobble Gobble!  It’s that time of year- the holidays!  While many people rejoice, I start to cringe.  It is so hard for me to resist the temptation of such yummy food.  I am a sucker for my grandmother’s noodles, dressing, mashed potatoes- gosh, you name it!  I have to trust that it’s ok to splurge every now and then.  One day will not kill me.

What are some low-fat recipes that you can enjoy over the holidays?  I am always looking for yummy recipes that cut the calories, but they don’t sacrifice the taste.

I almost forgot!  I was down another pound this week!  I am only .2 away from what I thought was my ultimate goal.  I set my lifetime goal for Weight Watchers and I would like to lose another 5 lbs. for this.  I figured I have done a good job so far, why can’t I lose 5 more lbs.?  So, follow me on this journey as I know it is going to be a rollercoaster.  Stay tuned!  How are you doing on your weight loss/maintenance?
